Apps may save settings, progress, or other app data locally on the user's device.

2A. Location Information Used by MyPo / MyPo における位置情報の利用
MyPo uses precise location information provided by the device’s GPS/GNSS and related Android location functions to display the user’s current position, latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, course, and related navigation information.
MyPo は、現在位置、緯度・経度、高度、速度、進行方向その他の位置関連情報を表示するため、端末の GPS/GNSS および Android の位置情報機能から提供される正確な位置情報を利用します。
MyPo may also use location information locally on the device for position estimation, destination-related calculations, distance calculations, estimated arrival information, and related functions when those features are enabled.
MyPo では、該当機能が有効な場合、位置推定、目的地に関する計算、距離計算、到着予想その他の関連機能のために、位置情報を端末内で利用する場合があります。
Location information used by MyPo is processed locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to, stored on, or shared with aiueo46 Studio servers.
MyPo が利用する位置情報は、ユーザーの端末内で処理され、aiueo46 Studio のサーバーへ送信、保存または共有されません。
MyPo does not use location information for advertising, behavioral tracking, or profiling.
MyPo は、位置情報を広告、行動追跡またはプロファイリングのために利用しません。
MyPo does not require background location access. Location information is used only while the app is in use, except for information locally retained on the device as necessary for app features such as position estimation or saved settings.
MyPo は、バックグラウンド位置情報へのアクセスを必要としません。位置情報は原則としてアプリの使用中に利用されます。ただし、位置推定や設定保存などの機能上必要な範囲で、端末内に情報が保持される場合があります。
3. Advertising and Analytics / 広告および分析
aiueo46 Studio does not currently use personal information for advertising or behavioral tracking.
aiueo46 Studio は現在、個人情報を広告または行動追跡のために利用していません。
If an app uses advertising, analytics, or similar third-party services in the future, the applicable privacy information will be updated or provided for that app.
将来、広告、分析その他これらに類する第三者サービスを利用するアプリを提供する場合は、本ポリシーまたは当該アプリに関する案内を必要に応じて更新します。
4. In-App Purchases / アプリ内購入について
Some apps may offer optional paid features through Google Play in-app purchases. Payment and purchase processing are handled by Google Play.
一部のアプリでは、Google Play のアプリ内購入により、任意の有料機能を提供する場合があります。支払いおよび購入処理は Google Play により行われます。
aiueo46 Studio does not receive or store credit card numbers, payment account details, or other payment information entered into Google Play.
aiueo46 Studio は、Google Play に入力されたクレジットカード番号、支払いアカウント情報その他の決済情報を受け取り、保存することはありません。
Purchase status may be checked through Google Play in order to determine whether purchased features are available to the user.
購入済み機能の利用可否を確認するため、Google Play を通じて購入状態を確認する場合があります。
5. Third-Party Services / 第三者サービスについて
Our apps may use or link to third-party services such as Google Play for app distribution, installation, updates, purchases, and related functions.
当方のアプリは、アプリの配信、インストール、更新、購入その他関連する機能のために、Google Play 等の第三者サービスを利用し、または当該サービスへのリンクを提供する場合があります。
Third-party services may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. aiueo46 Studio does not control the data practices of those third parties.

6. Children’s Privacy / 子どものプライバシー
We design our apps with simplicity and safety in mind and do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our apps unless specifically disclosed and handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
当方は、シンプルで安全に利用できることを意識してアプリを設計しており、個別に明示し、適用される要件に従って取り扱う場合を除き、アプリを通じて子どもから個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。

We do not share personal information with third parties except where necessary to provide a service, comply with applicable law, protect rights or safety, or where the user has been clearly informed.

8. Data Retention and Deletion / データの保存および削除
Where an app does not transmit personal user data to aiueo46 Studio, we do not retain such data on our servers.
アプリから aiueo46 Studio に個人データが送信されない場合、当方のサーバーに当該データを保存することはありません。
Local app data may remain on the user's device until it is deleted through the app, the device settings, or by uninstalling the app, depending on the app.
端末内に保存されたアプリデータは、アプリ、端末設定またはアプリのアンインストール等により削除されるまで端末内に残る場合があります。
For MyPo, locally stored information may include app settings, selected or edited START / DEST points, locally retained position-related data used for app features, and purchase-related state managed through Google Play.
MyPo では、アプリ設定、選択または編集された START / DEST 地点、アプリ機能のために端末内で保持される位置関連情報、および Google Play を通じて管理される購入状態等が端末内に保持される場合があります。
If a future app stores personal data on our systems, the applicable retention and deletion method will be explained for that app.
将来、当方のシステム上に個人データを保存するアプリを提供する場合は、当該アプリについて保存期間および削除方法を案内します。
9. Security / セキュリティ
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of our apps and services to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
当方は、アプリおよびサービスの性質に応じて、情報への不正アクセス、紛失、誤用、改ざん等を防止するための合理的な対策に努めます。
